Starting in 2018, we set out to create an easier and more efficient way to mix bagged concrete. After
decades of hand-mixing concrete in a wheelbarrow and using cumbersome drum mixers, it was
obvious the world needed a better way.
After almost 3 years of research and development, during which we ran thousands of bags of
concrete and changed one variable at a time on the machine, we finally brought the MudMixer® to
market in 2021. Since then, we’ve prioritized innovation through rigorous testing, ongoing research,
and listening to customer feedback.
As our company has grown, we’ve hired high-quality team members who take pride in their work and
elevate those around them. MudMixer® began with just 4 people and has grown into a team of over
20. At MudMixer®, we strive to foster a true team mentality in which accountability, collaboration,
and a commitment to excellence drive everything we do.
MudMixer Queensland Story
I first came across the Mud Mixer on social media about four years ago and immediately saw its potential as a practical and efficient piece of equipment. From the outset, I felt it would be a great fit for the Australian market, particularly for tackling the challenges of small-scale jobs where labour can often be limited.
After its arrival in June last year, with its initial launch in Melbourne, I’m proud to now be the distributor for the Queensland region. Since joining the team, I’ve found the company to be highly professional, supportive, and committed to delivering quality solutions.
The Mud Mixer is a smart, time-saving tool that helps simplify work on-site, and I’m excited to play a part in growing its presence here. I’m looking forward to contributing to the company’s ongoing success and helping more Australians discover the benefits this tool offers.
Australia-New Zealand Story
Our journey with MudMixer® began in 2023, when we purchased a unit from the United States and shipped it to Melbourne, where we converted it to 240-volt power to meet Australian electrical
standards. After seeing the product’s potential for the Australian and New Zealand markets, we
contacted the MudMixer® corporate office to ask when a suitable unit would be available for our
region.
At that time, development had only just begun. Over the next two years, we maintained regular
contact with the corporate office, following up every three months as the project progressed.
In January 2025, we secured the official MudMixer® distribution contract for Australia and New
Zealand. By June 2025, we received our first container of 240-volt MudMixer® units with hopper and
chute accessories, marking the beginning of introducing this innovative mixing solution to the AU/NZ
market.
Our first MudMixer® sales in Australia were to consumers in Queensland. Since that time, units have
been distributed across every state in Australia, with at least two or more MudMixer® units now
operating in each state. We have also established distributor agreements for Queensland and New
Zealand, expanding our reach across the region.
Our objective is to ensure that hire companies, contractors, and landscapers understand the
significant advantages MudMixer® provides. By dramatically reducing labor requirements, the
MudMixer transforms what is traditionally a 3–4 person job into an efficient one-person operation,
saving valuable time, lowering labor costs, and increasing productivity on the job site.
